Responsibilities Post-intake completion, schedule and facilitate the Executive Contracts Approval committee meetings ensure the contract decisions are routed to the next appropriate process step for further action Create, maintain, and present overall status report to Internal Business Owners and Executive Approval Committee Interact with HALO clients as needed to relay questions and/or open items to HALO Internal Business Owners and/or Legal for review Track and report the status of multiple contracts to Internal Business Owners throughout the contract review process Maintain database of executed contracts and kicking off renewal/review process when applicable Requirements Minimum 5 years of project management experience interfacing with Clients, Sales, Finance and Operations Senior Executives Highly proficient with Microsoft SharePoint, Excel (run macros), Word (track changes) and PowerPoint Ability to create status reports using SharePoint views, Excel pivot tables and charts Develop an understanding of the core artifacts of the contract process including, Customer facing intake form, profitability model, multi-tier customer contract attributes, term sheet, Statement of Work (SOW) and Master Service Agreement (MSA). The candidate will be responsible for preparing, scheduling and leading key review and approval meetings with external clients, HALO internal business owners and the HALO Executive Approval Committee. This position ensures the timely and accurate tracking of contract milestones within HALO's centralized SharePoint site, along with status reporting to main stakeholders.
